Hersey & Blanchard, 1969 mentioned in their research article that managing organizational behavior is very important, achieving organizational goals mainly depend on the efficiency of the leader to get the works done by the employees. Ellemers, De Gilder & Haslam, 2004, expressed their opinion in their research paper that a good leader and working in a group socially sometime helps a people for self motivation. A leader plays a pivotal role to motivate people, since he can inspire his subordinates but he can also disrupt their self confidence with bad behavior and constant de motivation. One of the main Organizational Behavior Management theories is Equity theory, according to the theory resources must be distributed equally between all where employees expect that the employer will share the resources in fair proportion with them (George, Jones & Sharbrough, 2002).
