1.0 Introduction
Ethics and related issues may be considered to be one of the most talked about and success-critical aspects of any business industry and tourism is no exception to the same. 2.0 Prime ethical and governing issues
Venice is one of the famous tourist places in the world. Due to the increasing number of tourist in every part of the year, we identified some ethical and governing issues that affect the tourism industry in Venice.
· Public places have been overcrowded: Due to overcrowding in the public place, the citizens have to face the problems in public transports and heavy traffic. While travelling for their daily need to work, it is becoming difficult to get a public bus or cab in time. Also because of increasing public transports, citizens are facing the problem of heavy traffic and can't reach their destination in regular time (Giglio et al. 2019).
· The occurrence of inappropriate behaviour, noise pollution and local identity loss: Increasing public transports results in gaining noise pollution which mostly affects the health of the children and senior citizens (Seraphin et al. 2018). Again, the inappropriate behaviours of several tourists force the traffic police to behave strictly with everyone including the citizens they know for many years.
· Water pollution: there are more than 100 ships and cruises sales every day through the mount of Venice. This pollutes the water and made the life of the city people difficult (Bustreo et al. 2018).
