The describe, interpret, evaluate and plan (DIEP) model of reflective writing is a suitable reflective-writing model for this task, although you are welcome to use an alternative if you prefer. The attached document provides you with a brief overview of the DIEP model.

  • Can you think of situations and experiences in your own personal and professional life which related to some of the concepts covered in each module? (Do not write about each module, use the concepts)

1. The tern business ethics deals with the concept related to principles of morals and the various rules of the conduct which are being put to use on the business. Business is considered to be a social o
rgan and hence is not permitted to conduct its operation sin manner which is considered to be detrimental to the interest for the business sector and to the society as a whole.as per my opinion business ethics are the general principles which help us to decide and make a rational decision about what is wrong or right and permits us to opt for right and avoid doing wrong (Rozuel, 2016). Business ethics must be complied and taken into account by every business professional to ensure that the aim of the business is correct and the same is dealing in a fair sense with the customers. Apart from tis there are other important things related to business ethics they are state below:
Business ethics corresponds with the basic needs of the humans
Business ethics helped me to understand that employee’s basic need related to the fact that they like to be a part of the organization. Hence, integration of employees and organization can be possible with the help of business ethics and their code of conduct and hence is consider to be of paramount importance.
Better decision making
It also helps us to take rational and effective decision when the situation of dilemma arises. As business ethics compel the organizations to take such decision which are in public interest, which are sustainable for the society, and which turns to be beneficial for the company and hence the decision will turn out to be good and will pay the organization in long run, hence applicability of business ethics plays a key role in business success.
2. The action taken by us does not only affect us but have a great impact to the society and the other factors around us. Many of the professional decisions taken by us include the decision related to ethics which have a great impact on not only our professional life but also in our personal lives too. Hence, ethics have a great impact on our personal and professional lives and have to be considered while making any decision. Like if I lie to someone, I might lose the trust of the person and probabilities are there that we undermine our own sense of integrity.
