Project Purpose/Goal(s): (be brief) Many start-ups or small businesses can't afford to pay for HR management applications. We decided to create a compact human resource management application that such businesses can access free of charge. The application will turn into an ERP-like application by adding additional modules in the future. Companies that use the first HR module free of charge can add other modules to their application by paying reasonable fees. Assumptions: Rapidly developing computer technologies make our lives easier. We can say that no business does not use computers anymore. However, as technology grows and opportunities increase, the price paid for these technologies increases. Since not every company can pay these costs, they cannot adapt to these technologies and go bankrupt quickly. We will quickly reach many customers in this market, where we will enter with a base HR Module free of charge. We will show these businesses the significant differences in usage of applications such as ERP-like. Thus, these businesses will adapt to technologies and proliferate, and we will have concrete customers. We will develop and launch the HR module, the first module of the web-based application, using .NET and React.js technologies in a short period of 4 months. We will develop this application (in-house development) using our resources. Success Factors: It would be great to have many customers using our ERP-Like application. However, realizing every idea may not be as easy as planned on paper and may fail. With a good business proposal and good management, we can implement this application. We know what the problem is, and we know how to solve it. At this point, we must manage our resources well and achieve success. Risk Factors: -Missed deadline. When project issues first arise, we must act quickly to avoid project delays whenever possible. However, if the deadline cannot be met and delay seems inevitable, we must also act quickly to manage the results. We accept the facts, accept responsibility, avoid blame and focus on solving the problem. -Gathering the right resources is very important. We get help from consultants, mentors or experienced people to overcome the blockage. -We can consider alternatives. Once alternative solutions are identified, we implement a quick action plan.
