• You will choose ONE (1) scenario from the 4 scenarios linked in the 'Choosing a scenario' section below. For your chosen scenario you will:◦ consider the context◦ consider goals of care◦ choose a course of action that considers the underlying physiology and pathophysiology as well as personal, lifestyle and socioeconomic factors that may require consideration.◦ relate clinical skills to health outcomes, encompassing primary, secondary and tertiary prevention• You will undertake and record a simulated assessment or intervention activity demonstrating a person-centred approach and evidence based actions. You will find it easier to work in pairs, with each of you being filmed performing the same skill but this is not essential.◦ The skill you choose to record must be relevant to the scenario you have chosen – this can be recorded during your laboratory classes and should include performance of one of the following:▪ 12 Lead ECG and interpretation (simulated)▪ Venipuncture and sample handling▪ Wound assessment and dressing▪ Oxygen therapy• These are the relevant checklist for the skills, mapped to the NMBA
