You will be doing a policy term paper on one of these two topics:

1. 
   The United States should reduce economic inequality among its citizens
   

or

2. 
   The United States should facilitate a way in which every citizen has complete health-care coverage.
   

The papers should be MLA, with normal fonts, double-spaced, etc. (You know what it should look like. I HATE QUESTIONS ABOUT FORMATTING.) The paper should be between 700 and 1000 words.
