You are not required to provide the detailed structure, provide as much information as you can find. In some circumstances, it is acceptable if you have very limited information on leadership and management structure. 3. Describe the strategic plan of the organization. Use the concepts discussed in the course and from chapter 5 to describe the strategic plan.


4. Identify the strategic human resource management of the organization. You may include the policies, career development opportunities, and benefits provided by the HCO. If your HCO is hospital or nursing home, explore the physician-hospital/nursing home relationship in terms of employment/contract


5. Describe the quality of care provided at the HCO.


6. Find the information on initiatives and programs in the HCO, such as health care quality management, information technology, and other technologies used to deliver clinical care or management.


7. The current financial situation of the HCO. Provide the brief discussion in the report. If you want to include the details, include it in table/figure format in the appendix section. Detailed financial information of the most of the non-profit HCOs are available online, for most of the for-profit HCOs the information is available on their websites.
