You randomly divide 100 patients with arthritis into two groups, one of which receives a placebo and the other of which receives a new drug (the patients do not know which they received). At the end of two months, the patients rate their improvement as Worse, No Change, or Better. Within the placebo groups, the frequencies are 12, 25, 13. Within the drug group, the frequencies are 8, 23, 19. Do the groups differ significantly in their ratings?
