1.    Is health merely the absence of disease, or is it more complex and comprehensive?  Identify two (2) factors that can influence a person’s view on health and discuss why these are relevant to nursing practice and care provision.
            OR

2.    The “No Lift” approach is advocated by Worksafe Victoria as best practice for patient manual handling in the healthcare industry. Briefly describe Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) and identify two (2) control measures implemented to meet the “No Lift” approach and discuss how they reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries faced by nurses within Australian health care settings.

You must submit an electronic copy of your assignment into the Assessment Dropbox (Written Assignment) in the HNB1102 VU Collaborate space. Emailed assignments will not be accepted. Your assignment must be well written and presented; word processed with a minimum line spacing of 1.5 and size12 font, page numbers included. Title page must include the following information: Unit code, student name and number, topic/title of the assignment, word count, and the name of the tutorial facilitator.
Please observe the assignment word limit as word count that exceeds or is below the word limit (+/- 10%) will be penalised at the rate of 5 marks for every 10%. Please note that the title page
