Participants were provided with a survey to compete after the program finished. After your survey was completed, the following feedback was received: · 80% of participants said that they were “very happy with the program and it met their needs and expectations”. · 15% of participants enjoyed taking part in the program but thought improvements could be made in relation to the timing of the program and the days it was running. · 5% of participants thought it was ok, but they probably wouldn’t participate in a future one. · One formal complaint has been made that addressed in line with your developed complaints policy and this was in relation to a WHS matter. One of the participants was observed by one of the residents engaging in an unsafe practice. Other feedback and consultation: · Head management of your organisation (work placement) believe the program is having a positive impact on the participants. They support the program but have indicated that they are having some budgetary issues and if the next program is to run, they could only fund 50% of it. This program ran over budget by just 2.5%. Under a 10% variance is considered normal. · One of the staff involved in the program is moving and will not be able to work with you if the program is run again. · You have received enquiries from other people (who have heard positive reviews from the participants) interested in the program – meaning that if all people interested in attending the next one sign up – you would have an increase in numbers by 50%. The program concept and how it relates to the organisation
The program is to organize a wellness program which is targeted towards the employees of the organization. This program will help to reduce the stress level among the employees, infuse energy and enhance their fitness level
. This will help to enhance the productivity level as the employees are taken care by the organization with respect to their health. Wellness program helps to increase the productivity by lowering absenteeism and help to retain the employees (Sarita Harbour, 2018).
The profile of groups who will be accessing this program
It will be the employees, all management staffs, senior leaders and their family members who will be a part of this wellness program. The theme will be to lead a healthy life not only at workplace but even at homes. This will be a morale booster for the employees to remain stress free at office and enjoy their lives at homes.
Also, the labourers who are working extremely hard and difficult jobs will be allowed to participate in the employee wellness program. Since, they does arduous work they sometimes get themselves addicted to substance abuse like alcohol, drugs and even smoking weeds. This might be due to relieving themselves from tension during the strenuous working conditions. This wellness program will provide them with guidelines to reduce the level of stress and restrict them from the intake of substance abuse. This in turn helps them to increase their productivity, save more money for their families and help to boost their immunity levels.
Individual profiles of people from within these groups including needs they will (or will potentially) have – include at least two individual profiles of people from your work placement
The people who will be acting as the role model of this well program will be as follows:
1. Mr. Henry Williamson who is the senior employee of the company and is aged 50 years will be chosen for this wellness program. He will be the role model for all the staffs of the company so that they participate in the wellness program and gain the requisite benefits like free medical checkups, free diet consultancy and get fitness trainings.
2. Mr. Drake Roberts who is the director of the company and is aged 59 years will be chosen for this program. He will be the role model for the senior management, directors and leaders of the company. He will try to emphasize on the wellness program to lower the stress and anxiety levels which is common among the senior management people. Through this program he will try to focus on the various advantages that this program will have in order to get mentally relaxed and physically fit and enhance the productivity level.
How you will encourage consumer participation and engagement?
The consumer in this case will be generally the employees of the organization, the senior members and their families. They can be encouraged by offering them with newsletter specifying the health benefits of the program, holding meeting to discuss on the importance of the wellness program, choose the wellness...
