You have three attempts to complete this homework. At the end of the semester, I will use your best homework score for each problem set to calculate your homework grade. While you are welcome to work with others, experience has shown us that the most successful students generally attempt problems on their own before asking peers for help on difficult problems.

Note that Canvas will auto-save your work, and you can exit the homework at any point and return to complete it where you left off. Do not click "Submit Quiz" until you are ready to actually submit your homework. Canvas will also automatically submit any work at the due date and time.

Each student has one free pass for homework. This means you can miss a homework assignment entirely with no impact to your grade. You do not need to let me know when you'd like to use your free pass; you will simply see a zero for that homework score on Canvas, and I will apply the free pass at the end of the semester when I calculate final grades.
