Safety management system is the set of approaches that helps in evaluating the safety constraints within the workplace premises. In safety management system few core components revolve as those key components supports the management procedures in order to deal with the safety constraints. The aspect involves safety policies objectives, and planning. Apart from that, safety risk management includes hazard identification procedures risk assessment and monitoring procedures, safety occurrence, risk reporting system and internal safety investigation system. Safety management and associates with the change management performance monitoring measurements, continuous improvement programs, audits and surveys.
The addressed paper revels the entire prospect of safety management system in the context of Civil Aviation Safety Association as the new operation has taken under consideration. The operation has 200 employees and various geographical regional operations. Here in the proposed context has explored and illustrated the importance and impact of the SMS in the organizational context.
