You have been working at your company for 5 years as a Traditional Project Manager, and your boss has been thinking about incorporating Agile Methodologies within the organization. There are currently 10 project managers on staff. Your boss has just asked you to led the effort to give a recommendation on how to switch the company over to Agile Project Management. He advises you that you have 30 minutes to present the idea to the CIO of the organization. Since agile is new to the organization, he believes the organization should ease into the transition with a blend of traditional plan driven approach and adaptive, agile development. Groups will be assigned to one these three frameworks: Scaled Agile, Managed Agile Development, or Disciplined Agile Delivery when presenting your ideas. Develop a presentation that will explain the adaptation of this new style of project management. Highlight the methodology, risk, challenges, changes, management, and culture differences that will be encountered. Included governance challenges and highlight the new role of these 10 project mangers and what specifically they will be doing.
