You have been selected as program manager for the new project management
certification testing center at Walsh. Beginning in spring 2021,the college will offer the CAPM, PMP, PgMP, and PfMP examinations in a new PM Test Center in Troy. You will oversee: -create 4 online courses (one for each certification test) to be run as usual (in Moodle, register in Web Advisor, etc) beginning in winter 2021 [note: these courses are not the same as the certification exams but should be taken prior to sitting for the exams] - -A marketing campaign to get the word out in advance of (1) the opening of the test center AND the (2) optional 4 courses - -A registration site independent of Web Advisor that will track people wanting to schedule their certifications exams. - -Design and delivery of the new testing center room, including ordering desks, laptops, and security cameras that will seat 30 people (along with a proctor's desk and a wall of small lockers for possessions)These four initiatives will be projects within a PM Test Center program. You need to create a program roadmap to visually represent to your leadership team the sequence of events, timing, and milestones. Assumptions: -You have 2 subject matter experts (SME) to complete the four online courses and they're available up until the winter launch of the courses. -The 2 SMEs will design all four courses up front, and then move into a development phase. -A marketing director is available to develop and launch an ad campaign in the fall. -Someone from I.T. will be dedicated to creating the registration site. -A furniture company must be hired to install the furniture on the Troy campus. -A room will be available that is big enough to seat 30 test-takers, desks, a wall of small lockers, and a proctor's desk area. -The individual projects will not all start or end at the same time [hint].Constraints: -The program must be operational by spring 2021 (April).Roadmaps are high-level graphical representations that should fit on one page, without much detail on the roadmap. Create a roadmap with the four individual projects in horizontal rows with the project name at left, and then show events (indicated as arrows) and milestones (indicated as diamonds or flags) across the timeline as appropriate (and as YOU plan them - timing is up to you). Milestones do not have any duration; this is why they're represented by a diamond or a flag. Remember to include a row (diagram lane) for overall program oversight [hint: see lecture The Program Life Cycle].Research roadmaps. You may find nicely designed examples of project or product roadmaps whose format you wish to use but remember you are creating a program roadmap - so yours will be high-level and less detailed. A couple sample roadmap images are below. You can see that they vary - as will yours. Create in Word, PPT, or Excel. No pdf files please. YES, you may use a template and customize it for your program. Can someone help me with this, please!
