1.0 Introduction
United States of America considered slavery as the original sin while analysing the article IV US constitution we can understand that it does not give importance to the concept of slave or slavery. Southerners called slavery as peculiar because it is entirely different from the northern and western world. The companies and authorities used two methods for assigning the slave labour, one is a task and other is a gang system. In this research paper, we are analysing the different aspects related to the concept of slavery.

2.1 Two Outcomes of 3/5ths Compromise
1. Five Slaves counted as 3 for representation
For representing the house of representatives, five slaves counted as 3, southern state-supported for implementing the same, but Northern state opposed counting 5 slaves as 3 for representation.
2. Five Slaves counted as 3 to determine taxation
Another major outcome of 3/5ths compromise is that 3/5 of slaves will be counted for determining the taxation. Southern state was not supportive of this, but the Northern state was supportive for implementing this practice.
