You document Chris and Angela's requirements, including Angela's decision
to use a DJ for music at the reception. You estimate an initial budget, which is already at the top of their price range. When you meet with Angela's father he is upset since he assumed Angela knew he wants live music. By now his first choice of band is already booked, and the others are more expensive. Missing this requirement from a key stakeholder up-front now means a higher budget and a compromise on the band choice. Angela and her father are upset but decide to spend the extra money and work with you on the other wedding details. The next item to plan is photography. Angela's only requirement is for six hours of photography covering the wedding and reception, and three copies of a wedding album. You know several photographers that offer standard packages that meet these basic requirements. You suggest there may be other factors to consider, like the personality of the photographer, videos, what happens if you need them to work overtime, etc. Angela is busy and asks you to just select a photographer that meets her needs. How do you respond to Angela?
