FLY HIGH
Tenzing has always been the rebel of her family. Joint family has both its perquisites as well as drawbacks. On the one hand, the brothers and sisters were closely bonded to each other; while on the other hand, they rarely made friends outside their family. Family, to Tenzing was a synonym of fun, enjoyment and entertainment. She believed in the values that were taught to her since her very childhood, little commitments like being kind to others, loving and caring for fellow humans, animals as well as plants, helping and supporting others physically and emotionally and becoming a good human being in general. She has been a bright student from the beginning of her school days. Her peers and teachers loved her for her gentle nature. Encouragement from her school made her dreams grow bigger and bigger with each passing day. She completed her education from her place of birth, Meghalaya with outstanding results. She requested her family to let her go to Delhi after she got a job at a well-known ad agency. This is where family started to mess up.
Her uncle commented, “How does it matter even if you do not earn money? You will be anyway married to another family; your husband will pay your bills!”
