You are returning from a call and as you slow down for a traffic light ahead, you notice a small crowd of people on the sidewalk. When they see you, several people excitedly wave you down. You quickly pull your vehicle to the side and exit your vehicle. A patient is lying on the sidewalk. One of the bystanders tells you that the man was walking down the street and suddenly paused and then slumped to the ground. While you approach the patient, his legs and arms begin to vigorously contract in a seizure that seems to involve his whole body.
