You are required to identify a business or organisational improvement opportunity within an organisation with which you are familiar. The improvement opportunity that you identify may, for example, relate to a market or operational issue or similar. Your study may have an orientation to Operations, Organisation or Marketing, or may relate to a combination of all three disciplines.
