You are on a softball team that has never won a single game.  You (and your teammates) believe you likely never will have a victory, and in fact you make a lot of jokes about how terribly your team plays.  However, you continue to participate on the team because you really enjoy the other players, know each other really well, and appreciate that the entire group has a lot of fun when they’re together.  What is most likely going on here?
