AGC’s new leadership styles and organizational culture.
The best workable leadership style for AGC’s is Transformation style, these sort of style is
beneficial which encourages motivation, develop a viable vision, sens
e of handling urgency to
tackle current issues, logically reflective, intellectual, ethical, and easily identified by various
other organizations leaders, by implementing transformation method, AGC can resolve
organization issues concerning to culture presently creating issues internally in organization. The
culture of AGC is under now pace-setting style which is considered as entrepreneurial as well as
aggressive, due the fact the board members are concentrating more on profit making. AGC if
replaces leadership style with transformation style then it will also bring change in the culture of
