Exchange of ideas with other people can be considered educationally valuable; however, excessive collaboration will be regarded as plagiarism, which is a University offence. For example, the copying of significant parts of a document, even if subsequently modified, is plagiarism. Such academic dishonesty will be penalised in accordance with the University's rules and regulations.

You must not copy material from books, magazines, internet sources or other students’ assignments. Of course, you may include direct quotes from any source, but these must be small (e.g. one sentence or one paragraph) and must be properly referenced, using the Harvard Referencing Style. The value and relevance of including materials from another source must be fully explained. If plagiarism is found in your assignment, you may receive zero marks for this assignment.

The assessment process may require some students to attend an interview in order to explain aspects of their assignment.

The “grow your business” is an organic food business which is run by Mr. John. He is using his own land and unused land of neighbors for producing the organic vegetables and food. The vegetables and food produced by the organization is not available in local market. A chart of all customers is made by Mr. John and according to that chart, the vegetables and food items are dropped to their home. Mrs. Jane helps her husband in growing all the vegetables. For taking the orders from customers, Chris, Christina, Cathy and Charlie take phone calls and places the orders. These are the assistants who are just responsible to take phone calls of orders and responsible to take any gardening activity. For the purpose of pick up and drop, Mrs. Jane has hired Mark and Marshato. These two employees are responsible for home delivery services. For assisting in production activities, Noel, Noeletta, Nick and Netta are hired by Mr. John. These staff members are directly answerable to Mr. John and responsible to perform weeding activities, planting activities, giving water to plants, fertilization of plants with pick and pruning activities. For operational activities of vehicles, Terry and Tina are responsible. Both of these are answerable to Mr. Tim who is their manager.
Taking orders on phone and allocating them to staff is big challenge for Mr. John. The requirement of IT based application comes here. For improving the quality of delivery services and placing order from customer, Mr. and Mrs. John wants an application which saves customer time and improve their experience towards using services of farm. Handing of orders from phone or chat leads to so many confusions to farm. The automatic update system requirement given by Mr. John can help in speeding up the overall production and quality of service.
