Part A
During the first three years of human life, the state of development either it is mental or physical, is referred as prolonged helplessness. However, this state of helplessness is a kind of strength and not a weakness (Gopnik 2016). This strength lies in the immense powers and skills with
which, children grow in family and School atmosphere. It is actually the time when brain is involved in structuring the pathways that lead to the social, emotional and psychological wellbeing as an adult. The other part of childhood which ranges between 4 to 10 years is the period when this helplessness is over and proper understanding of the world is shaped through previous learning outcomes applied to the comprehend the meanings and ways of the adults around. The following is an approach with which, the physical, emotional and cognitive development of the child can be ensured effectively (Schore 2005; Drury et al. 2010).
At first, ass caregiver, it is necessary to observe the physical movements of the child ranging between 2 to 10 years in order to assess the physical ability with which, the child is growing. For example, the caregiver should examine what kind of movement the toddler is making and whether they are in accordance with his sensory development. The activities might include the picking of toys, eye movements and gestures shown to others. The motor skills can be evaluated throughout this span of 2 to 10 years by involving child in various playful activities (Lally 2006). These activities may indoor and outdoor games played with the child. The indoor games help in developing short but positive reflexes and outdoor games keep he child active and well engaged in physical activities.
Secondly, to make sure that the cognitive development of the child is done perfectly, it is important to note the reactions that the child is making in the context of his or her public appearance. The child should be responsive towards the given commands and his response should be in anticipation of the command itself. In other words, if someone asks to bring a particular object from the given location, the child should be able to identify the location and the object both, to carry out the given command. Even before acquiring language, babies learn to communicate through emotions. One may argue that learning emotional regulation and impulse control may determine later success in life more than IQ.  There is a rapid growth in social and emotional areas of the brain during the first 18 months of life.
In fact, all of this learning which comes in the first 18 months in the child stems from the idea of imitation and observation. The child learns from the elders in family as well as in community. He actually observes the actions of the elders and tries to copy them as they are. The smiling of a child, for example, is not a gesture of thankfulness to the person smiling at him. Instead, he simply perceives it as an action to be imitated positively. Thus, the entire phase of first three years, in...
