focus on the following three things:
1. RFP must clearly state the problem definition and the expected solution to the problem. A business overview or background must also be stated so that the vendor could understand the needs in a better way.
2. A successful RFP must state the detailed specifications of the requirements, qualitative measures and timelines that will play a significant role in the selection process. The quantative measures required in the response of a partner must be stated here (Black, 2017).
