industry. Each player has own different perceptions and have their different requirement or ne

of the health care delivery system. This paper describes the perspectives of the patient, doctor
and hospital in health care delivery. It also explains the expectations of these players of health
care with others.
Patient Perspectives
Patient mainly expects form health care delivery is that it provides them high quality
services with very safe manner. Patients expect that health care delivery follows the patient-
oriented service model and provides its best health care services at a sufficient price with
considers a safety aspect. On the other hand, the patient expects the proper communication in
between it and doctor, nurses and staff (American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, 2009).
Proper communication helps patients to understand its heath issues and the complications related
to treatment. At the same time, a patient also expects proper communication among team
members, so whole team provides it better care services.
On the other hand, mainly the mental or physical health problems such as back pain,
depression, anxiety, cancer, diabetes and other diseases are promoted people to seek for medical
treatment for improving their quality of life. In addition, the symptom, the costs and benefits of
treatments and quality of health care services leads people to look for treatment. During the
selection of the hospital or health care institutes, patient firstly considers the quality of health
care services or delivery than the cost of it. At the same time, patients should select the best
hospital for its treatment on the basis of a multi discipline team of hospital and communication
among the team members, so they provide its best services (Nauert, 2012).. The patients should
be selected hospital those are able to equip 24/7with staff and technology to rapidly access its
health problems and provides treatment of it in less time.
Doctor Perspective
The doctors’ perspectives related to health care delivery will increase their incomes and
