2. For the dataset detailed above, filter where “Form Version” is equal to “Original” and where the “Window Status” is equal to “In Window”.


3. Assess the year over year changes from 2016 to 2018 (i.e. “Funding Year”) in terms of the number of funding requests submitted (i.e. “Funding Request Number”) and dollars requested (i.e. “Funding Commitment Request”).
