Write a C++ program to automate the Grocery shop bill/receipt generation given in the Ex 2.1

above for at least 5 items. The program asks grocery shop assistant to enter Customer’s name, Item

name, cost, and sales tax and VAT. The program calculates the sub-total (cost + tax), gross total,

and Net total after applying 5% discount on the gross total. The program finally outputs the final

bill/receipt in the proper format.
