Write a phonebook program in python.
The phonebook directory is kept on file so it has to be retrieved at the start of the program and has to be saved before exiting it if any changes were made.
Errors due to wrong input from the users should not provoke the program to crash.
The list of phones should be displayed in alphabetical order.
The menu of choices should be displayed before asking the user for a choice
