Business Objectives and Success Criteria

You must be very specific here.
An interactive kiosk for The Sea Discovery Center will provide an opportunity for visitors to actively engage with exhibitions. They will offer a platform to showcase content which combines text, images, video, audio and interactive elements to communicate information in an exciting and accessible way.
Customer and Market Needs
Connect the objectives and success criteria back to the customer's business.
That is, why does the industry require the customer to have this solution?
Business Risks
This is a hazard assessment. What could go wrong? How bad would it be if it
did? How likely is it? What steps can we take to protect against the hazard?
The major risk of this project is visitors of the aquarium having access to the power button and controls to the kiosk. External buttons such as the power button should be hidden or out of reach to visitors so that the kiosk cannot be turned off or altered. Furthermore, the main display of the kiosk should not be able to be exited by visitors. It is also worth noting that the kiosks will be set up in an environment with large tanks of water and may come into contact with salt water from visitors’ hands. This risk can be mitigated by strategic placement, such as outside any splash zones, and the use of water-resistant screens. However, a kiosk with the specific branding of waterproof screens may prove to be beyond the budget of this project, but regular cleaning should mitigate any potential damage from salt water from visitors.
