Introduction
In today’s competitive business environment, to fulfill the ethical and social
responsibilities is one of the major function of the business organization in order to develop
strategic planning in an effective manner. Basically, ethics represent fundamental principle and
social responsibilities for an organization to achieve competitive advantages. Ethics and social
responsibility engage an important place in the value system of the business. Along with this, it
should also be noted down that, both the elements are more important for organizations because
