Both Hinduism and Buddhism conduct the teachings for the good conduct of life.
Origin
The history reveals that the origin of Hinduism is associated with the Indus valley between 2300 BC to1500 BC. Indo-Aryan people who migrated around 1500 BC in the Indus River Valley are related to the origin of Hinduism (Kipfer, 2021).
On the other hand, the origin of Buddhism in India and was established by Siddhartha Gautama 2500 years ago. However, Scholars have considered Buddhism as the major religion in the world.
Region
India is recognized as the prior region where the majority of Hinduism can be observed. Millions of followers of Hinduism are found in India. It has been recognized as the third largest religion and it has occupied 15-16% of the global population.
