that limits the possible number of maple rockers of each type that can be made, and graph the
inequality in the first quadrant.
(a) First of all we need to define the variables corresponding to the inequalities. Let C = the
number of Classic maple rocking chairs and M = the number of Modern maple rocking
chairs.
(b) Now from the given information we can see that a Classic maple rocking chair needs 15
board feet of maple and a Modern maple rocking needs 12 board feet of maple. Again the
