as plans that can be adopted in order to improve correctional facilities for the women prisoner in
America. Along with this, it is also accessed that, there are various kinds of issues or problems
that are faced by the women on the daily basis. Along with this, it should also be noted down
that, these issues are influencing the daily life of women. At the same time, it is also analyzed
that, in the current, a lot of strategies as we as plan are available that can be adopted in an

In this paper, there are some court cases and constitutional amendments are included that
