1. Detail the current situation for the company, focusing on the issues that the organization is currently facing from using a legacy HRIS. Explain your plan for moving forward to address these issues.


Needs Analysis


2. Based on the issues the organization is currently facing, identify the new system needs. Identify change team members who will help identify system need and specify their role and responsibilities.


Interview, Questionnaire, Observation, or Focus Group


3. Determine how additional data will be collected regarding system needs. Determine how change management team will collect data during the exploration phase. Specify if team members will use interviews, questionnaires, observations and/or focus groups to collect data from end users. Provide at least five essential questions that will be asked of end users via interview, questionnaire, observation, or focus group.


Conclusion


4. Explain two to three reasons why the company would benefit from adopting an HRIS. Focus on how the HRIS would address the current HR needs of the organization.

1) Introduction
Larson is a well know property Management
Company in California with nearly about 1000 employees till date. They are best in providing all types of services and support regarding properties whether it be commercial or retail buildings (Mane, 2016). Also in addition to its services they provide billing and tracking of financial data for its clients. They have a good reputation to hold on to and are extremely well in satisfying customers. HR system involving recruitment of employees to increase their staffing as company’s growth is also exceeding day by day. Using HRIS has evolved their system but only can do the basic things such as keeping record of the employees. It has to be done manually and they are facing crisis on making it automated. More data is needed to make it effective and tension free.
Plan:
Seeking to improve the structure of HRIS legacy they need to be well more concentrated on the data gathering process through a series of procedure and it will take time in doing that. Larson wants to do it in much more efficient way without using paper documents, instead they want it totally automated using the workflow of HR automated software. They need to gather specific information and build an aligned structure to make it possible to extract data based on some query or attributes (Masum et al. 2018). Previous versions had lesser storage capacity as it was built around the initial foundations, but as the growth is eminent for Larson they need to be more aware and advance their HRIS platform in much more meaningful manner. Internet has been a boon to all the company’s for hiring employees, seeking best candidates across different locations and many more. Asking question about the data and how to implement it will help the company to draw conclusion on how to implement the architecture. Knowledge resources from sites, management proximity with HRIS and its involvement can also be of help to the company.
