Answer Sarbanes – Oxley Act of 2002, is known as “SOX” Act. This act was passed in the year 2002
by the U.S. Congress. This act had brought in reforms for investor protection and public company
accounting and this was enacted in the year July 30, 2012. As per this act, every company, registered
for debt or equity securities with SEC, are fall under compliances of SOX act. All the foreign
companies are forced to follow “SOX” Act who is all registered under Security Exchange Commission.
There are three areas where “SOX” has raised few financial standards. There are the areas where
“SOX” Act has raised concerns like audit work performance, Governance (Corporate) and Analysis of
securities. There are accounting standards which has been raised by “SOX” members. The main
