Introduction
    A workplace or an organisation shows an interconnectedness with the systems responsible for its proper functioning. This interconnection with one department of workers with the others gives the organisation a shape and helps in maintaining the organisational ethics. This interconnection can be maintained through several leadership styles especially in an educational organisation where every functioning depends on each unit of workers. These leadership styles require proper and thorough research and a dedicated leader who will keep every department connected to it until achieved. In concern to an academic organisation the teacher plays an important role in acting as the leader as he/she is the closest to the students who makes the skeletal structure of the organisation.
The School System
    An educational organisation is linked with all the works and progresses it experiences. As mentioned by Adolfsson and Alvunger (2017), there are three types of schooling systems found: the open school, the nested school and the loosely coupled school. Different types of schooling systems work on different leadership styles to function. Nowadays, nested schooling is more preferred and followed due to the high interconnection of each field of the organisation which helps it to develop in this competitive field. A nested school covers several fields of education and outcomes depending on each department involved in its functioning. It includes a proper learning system for all types of children under the same roof including sports and activities. The children are taught depending on their need and abilities.
Elements of Interconnection
    An academic organisation runs on several factors like administration, teaching, planning, co-ordination, direction, supervision, and evaluation.
