SMART Based Competency Goals

For Project 1, you will perform the following tasks:

1. Choose two competencies
   (One personal goal and One work related goal)
   from the CPA competency map on which to focus throughout the semester
   (May,2019-June,2019). Provide an explanation as to the rationale behind your choice.


2. Develop two SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Related/Realistic, Time-bound) goals on which to work throughout the semester that relate to the specific CPA competencies chosen
   (One personal goal and One work related goal)
   


3. Develop a plan/timeline to accomplish this goal, including the
   specific tasks (with Specific Date and Day)
   required to complete the goals and the timing of each task.
