Last night she was admitted to the local hospital following a fall in the bathroom. An x-ray demonstrated she had fractured 2 ribs. A physical assessment revealed severe bruising on her right shoulder and hip, she demonstrated non-verbal signs of pain (grimacing and moaning when moved) and said that the pain was 6/10 on movement and 3/10 when resting.
