Content over 1650 words will not be marked by the assessor Aim of the essay The aim of this assessment is to identify and give an overview of the role of a nurse in Australia and relate this to strengths-based nursing wheel and person centered care. You will need to engage in a number of the tools you have learnt through this unit including writing skills, NMBA Code of Conduct, Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics and person-centered care. The task You are required to write an academic essay on the role of a nurse in Australia. Please identify 3 strengths-based nursing values and discuss how these relate to the collaborative partnership between the patient and the nurse. Please also discuss how these values relate to person-centered care.  Requirements: · You need to draw from the work we have covered online and Canvas to help you write this essay.
