With reference to students with HIV, if the school requested an opinion from a private
physician as to the risk of a student with HIV to other students in the classroom and
that physician determined there would be reasonable risk (although opinions of other
physicians in the area were otherwise), should the court defer to the medical judgment
of private physicians on which the school has relied in excluding the child?
