Why is the topic important to the company? What is the risk to the company? Is there a financial cost and if so do the benefits outweigh the costs? How will implementing a change to the company policy decrease risk? What are the tactics for implementation and describe measurements of outcomes. The paper and presentation will incorporate three management principles as part of the analysis, solution, and implementation of the problem along with outcomes monitoring (tracking). Example: Introduction should place the issue in context (background) and include information that shows why the company needs to address the problem (why is it important to company). If the company does not address the issue is there a risk to the organization? The body of the paper should address an analysis of the problem and show potential of risk to the company: fiscal, reputation, brand name, or other risk factors. The body of the paper should also cover a potential solution and an implementation strategy. These two topics, analysis and solution, should employ at least two management principles. Finally, use a management principle to implement your solution and describe how outcomes will be measured. The conclusion of the paper should cover how the change will decrease the risk, identified in the introduction and the body and whether benefits outweigh costs (these can be financial, reputation, or other measurements). The conclusion should demonstrate how your solution will help the company take advantage of opportunities in the future through avoiding problems of risk.
