Introduction
    Strong interpersonal skills are in high demand in today's employment market; in fact, some recruiters now give these talents precedence over technical knowledge (Puscas, Kogan & Holmboe, 2021). Interpersonal skills are divided into four main categories, as this chapter explains: problem-solving and thinking abilities; written and spoken communication skills; personal attributes and work ethic; and social skills and teamwork. I will examine each area in depth in my self-evaluation, pinpointing certain qualities that highlight my interpersonal abilities and considering how they may be skillfully used in resumes and cover letters.
