Engines made by the Company are rejected or they are not functioning as per the expected standards.
Root cause analysis – indicated the problem with the Cylinder inner dimensions. (They are larger than the designed the problem)

Result of the dimensional deviance:
The actual cylinder liner is not fitting in the cylinder hole, it is just getting drifted out.
Alternatively piston movement in the actual operation of the engine contained angular deflection and this in turn created seizure of the piston.
Both ways the engine became malfunctional.

Location of the error
CNC based Boring machines are responsible for the deviance in the specifications.
The engine block hole dimensions are not finished to the actual design values, they are bored for larger dimensions and this created the genesis of the problem.
