Critical Analysis of Personality Traits Important for Project Managers in Global Project Management
    Global project management in general may be defined as the application of practices related to project management in a setting that is distributed in nature and where the stakeholders of the project are situated in different geographic regions. With the help of global project management, it becomes easy for organisations adapt different business environments based on different cultures. It is extremely important for global project managers to possess communication skills that are standardised across various locations of the globe (Fossum et al., 2019).
