The previous employer had been quite competitive and perfectionist. He used to be quite careful about the work and used to guide properly. There have been instances where the employer has worked alongside the employees to motivate them. The leadership of the previous manager was transformational. Although in some cases, it used to be autocratic since the final decisions were often dependent on his wishes without the consultation of the team.

    Culture and strategy are the two aspects that work hand in hand. Every organizational leader has some cultural norms to offer to the organization that impacts the overall growth and development of the company. There are some organizational cultural values and norms that every organization follows (Elsbach & Stigliani, 2018). The effects of the norms and issues can be positive or negative for the employees of the organization.
