In Chapter 1, Schein walks you through five brief examples of organizational cultures he has encountered as a consultant. Think about your current employer (or a past one), and identify at least three of the cultural norms and issues within your organization. How have those cultural norms and issues impacted the work environment? Have these norms improved performance and morale, or hindered them?
