What does the term Mission-Driven mean to you? How does that differ from profit-driven? Can a Human Service organization completely ignore the bottom line? If not, why not?

Mission-driven implies that we live our life, or we start our own business in the case of a corporation or organization, in search of a purpose. For others, it means working in the non-profit field, choosing a career of "assisting," or becoming an artist or a protester. On the other hand, as argued by Zoellner, Stephens, Joseph and Monro (2017), it is the profit driven means a mind-set change. Profit-driven advertising at the highest level involves changing digital marketing from a cost center to a profit center and generating as much profit from the marketing budget as possible.
