What do you make of the occasional rhyming in the midst of unrhymed free verse? Note especially the two repeated stanzas: “In the room the women come and go / Talking of Michelangelo.” How does this irregular rhyme scheme reflect and reveal the character of the speaker and the setting of the poem?
