Task Description
For your selected case study, you need to complete a short human resources plan. You should identify 3 roles for your own internal team, other than the project manager. Remember that HR is about the individuals working within your own team, it's NOT about external organisations, or individuals working for those external organisations. Pretend that you have no team members working with you yet, you (as the project manager) are the only person who has been put on the project so far.
When you identify the 3 roles, you shouldinclude somebasicinfo on the roles, ie we want more than just a job title. The video onPlan Human Resourceswill be helpful here. Look at your WBS to see what sorts of activities you have and what sort of role might be needed. When deciding what basic info to include, don't ignore things like time (how long are they needed for, which your Gantt chart will help tell you) and their allowed salary.
You should also include a strategy for how you will acquire those new team members and how you will quickly build the team cohesion and effectiveness. The recent video onacquiring and managing a project teamwill help you here.
The second page should be a more detailed position description for just ONE of those roles. Almost like a job ad (hint: those might help you).
This should be a much easier assignment to fit within the page limit, so you have a bit more room to include more extensive information that you might not have been able to fit into a single page.
Make sure you read the assessment rubric for this assignment so that you can see what we expect you to include in each part.
