This must be cited with a page number and author. Sources may not be reused week-to-week. 1 citation of an academic source (a relevant peer-reviewed article) from outside of class. Hint: Wikipedia is not an academic source. Sources may not be reused week-to-week. 1 citation of a news media article relevant to the topic. At least 1 audio or visual element that adds substantial content to support your argument. This could be a link to a video, pictures, etc.You’ll complete your blog each week by no later than 5pm Pacific Time, Thursday. In addition to your weekly discussion responses, please respond to at least two of your classmates' blogs, reflecting upon what they've done, and at a minimum of 250 words per response. Your blog entry and responses to classmates will be graded each week.

Gabrielle Union Controversial case on exit from AGT
Gabrielle Union, a judge at season 14 of America’s Got Talent has recently files a discrimination complaint against the show America’s Got Talent. Many of you must be familiar with this famous actor who is up high in controversy now about this discrimination of racial culture. America’s got talent, the show that airs of NBC and is in its 14th season fired Union recently as per news and it was also mentioned that she will not return because of hostile working environment that revolves around the culture. Union is now speaking out publicly after her controversial and totally unexpected exit from show where she used Twitter to admit that she was sad and shook up because of this ousting as judge and also express the gratitude to fans. She thanked her fans stating so many tears and so much gratitude at the time she was feeling sad, adrift, lost and alone.
In the complaint filed by Union, she stated that she experiences retaliation, harassment as well discrimination. The complaint also alleged that the chairman of NBC entertainment, Mr. Paul Telegdy tried to undermine the investigation into the raised issue of discrimination. But still union managed to secure the right to sue the network...
