Introduction
The diversity-based policies are considered utter important in context of promoting equality, diversity and inclusion within the law council for the people of all ages, color, race, national or ethnic origins, religious beliefs, marital status and many more. Diversity is considered one of the most important aspect in maintaining the peace and harmony in a country, state or the workplace. For ensuring the diversity should be respected in all contexts the diversity-based policies are implemented and should be implemented in order to make the citizens and the community comply with the laws and regulations.

The diversity-based policies are not only important as it will provide a fair opportunity to everyone but the fact is it will boost the country and the economy as whole. The diversity-based policy is important to establish a community where a person would not be judged on the basis of the criteria’s that are not under their control.
The first argument I would be possessing is Merit would be given the most priority.
The classification of the people on the verge of their color, caste, creed and several similar things is creating a havoc in the society as it is an unfair practice that is prevailing and no one is taking concern to voice their opinion in against of it. The diversity-based policy would give voice to the opinion and thoughts of the people on the matter. I believe that the importance and priority to the merit in the policy would help in eradicating this problem up to a larger extent. As whether it is the school, colleges or the workplace the opportunity would be confined to people on the base of their merit not on the verge of the race they belong or the social class they maintain. It will help the capable and qualified person to hold on the opportunity and make the most of it and it will also give the advantage to the people belonging to different genre to outcast their talent in front of everyone (Berrey, 2021).
